Halcyon Glaze

This is a recreation of a delicious glaze that was used on pork chops at the Halcyon Restaurant in Tennessee.

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp real maple syrup
2-3 tsps. Frank's hot sauce
pepper
sea salt

Directions

Use on pork or chicken.
