Barbecue Sauce (Coffee Recipe)

&34;This is a Family recipe that I don&39;t give to just anyone, but here it is. Give it a chance, my sister came up with it, and it is absolutely excellent. I like it best with pork. It was one of Bob&39;s (Ceil&39;s husband) favorites. The secret is the coffee."

Ingredients

Barbecue Sauce (Coffee Recipe)

½ c. coffee, brewed
½ c. catsup
¼ c. sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. vinegar
1 T. dried onion
½ t. salt
Dash pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and pour over or brush onto meat. Sauce is thin and will thicken on cooking.
